Swift Xtra training is led by athletic trainers and personal trainers with experience helping clients improve movement quality through training in areas including strength, power, plyometrics, speed, and pivoting. Our training is appropriate for athletes who have never been injured, as well as patients transitioning from physical therapy after an injury or surgery, or who have fully recovered.
